WORKSAFE: Creating Safe Professional Environments
The Focus: Domestic violence doesn’t stay at home, it follows employees to the office.
The Solution: WORKSAFE is a corporate training initiative that equips HR teams, managers, and staff with the tools to:
– Recognize: Identify the subtle signs of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) in staff performance or behavior.
– Respond: Develop and implement HR policies that support victims while managing the risk associated with employees who may be perpetrators.
– Refer: Create a clear pathway to professional support, ensuring the workplace is a “First Responder” to safety.

SHE’que Shopping Spree: Restoring Dignity Through Choice
The Concept: Most charity efforts for survivors involve “leftovers” handed over in garbage bags. We believe healing begins with self-worth.
The Experience: Survivors receive a “Shopping Spree” gift certificate.
– The Boutique: Our curated physical and online store offers quality clothing and accessories in a respectful, boutique environment.
– The Power of Choice: Participants choose what fits their style and their needs—whether it’s a suit for a job interview or a new wardrobe for a fresh start.
– Impact: We treat women as valued customers, not charity cases, reclaiming the dignity that abuse tried to steal.
The SHE Tribe: Connection is the Antidote to Isolation
The Concept: Abusers use isolation as a tool of control. The SHE Tribe is a vibrant Online Social Club designed to break that isolation.
What We Offer:
– Digital Sanctuary: A private, moderated online space for peer support and shared experiences.
– Holistic Activity: Virtual workshops including dancing, DIY crafts, and fitness sessions designed to help women reconnect with their bodies and their joy.
– Expert Workshops: Monthly sessions on topics ranging from legal rights to mental health and wellness.
– Impact: A sisterhood that reminds every woman she is seen, heard, and never alone.
Social Media Outreach: Breaking the Silence
The Problem: Abuse thrives in the dark. Many women do not realize they are in a cycle of coercive control because the signs are often subtle.
The Solution: Our digital platforms serve as a continuous educational resource. We create engaging, trauma-informed content that identifies red flags, explains the mechanics of abuse, and validates the experiences of those who feel silenced.
Goal: To shift the national conversation from victim-blaming to collective awareness and prevention.

The Curriculum: Facilitated by our Executive Director, Joella Corneille, this program provides survivors with the roadmap to self-employment.

– Financial Literacy: Practical bookkeeping and managing business finances.
– Modern Marketing: Leveraging social media to build a brand and find customers.
Impact: Giving women the financial autonomy to say “No” to abuse and “Yes” to their own future.
